Mr. Satish Rayarikar - Director  

Satish Rayarikar is the Promoter Director of Arthtech Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
He has total experience of 29 years in the field of Finance, Accounts, Audit and Management Consulting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is Fellow of ICAI (F.C.A). He has also successfully completed CISA (Certified Information Systems Audit) examination conducted by ISACA, USA.
He has been working extensively as a Virtual CFO for SME clients - many of them 100% subsidiaries of foreign companies.


Mr.Shekhar Agharkar -Director

Shekhar Agharkar is the Promoter Director of Arthtech Consultants (P) Ltd
He has a rich experience of over 25 years in the field of Accounting, Finance and Management Consulting. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a Fellow of ICAI (F.C.A).His forte and expertise lies in Strategic Planning, Financial Structuring, Mentoring and as a Virtual CFO.
Shekhar graduated in Commerce from BMCC College in the year 1979. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May, 1984. After a brief stint of service with Western India Erectors as an Accounts Officer, he started his own practice as a Chartered Accountant in Partnership with Satish Rayarikar under the name of Agharkar & Rayarikar, Chartered Accountants.
He is on the Board of Directors of many companies. He has been a visiting faculty at IMDR. He has also been the Past Chairman of the Pune Branch of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and is currently on the West India Council of the Chamber. 
He has recently promoted Arthtech Knowledge Solutions (P) Ltd in March, 2009 to provide HR Consulting and Outsourcing solutions.
